Building Guidelines
Welcome to Plantation Heights. We are developing a new subdivision and are currently in the initial stages of its layout and pre-construction and development of first world quality infrastructure and services.

- Stone will be an essential element of each home. A minimum of 10% of the exterior of each home shall be comprised of stone, while the remaining 90% may be stucco or brick
- Minimum 2 car garage; 16’ garage door
- Composition Only - 30 year shingle
- Plate minimum 9' and entrance minimum 12'
- Each home must have a fenced backyard - all fencing must be Cedar
- Sprinkler systems required for each home in the front yard
- Corner lots must have side entry
- All plans must be approved by ACC (Architectural Control Committee)
